Single Best Position While Using an Electronic Device

Prevent Text-Neck!

Is there a better position to be in when using a tablet or looking down when reading a book?  Absolutely! While it’s not perfect, it is significantly better than looking down, creating “text neck”.  As a parent, I am always looking for ways to better the health of my children, which is why I decided to do this video with my son, Silas.  While it is very simple, do not underestimate the significance it can make on your families health.  Less pressure through the neck, nerves, discs, and ligaments, is always better for your spine.
